DATA IMPORTS
In order to bulk import data into ShulCloud, your data needs to be put into our specially designed templates.
Our templates for Demographic, Financial, Cemetery, and Memorial Board can be found below, along with
instructions on importing Calendar data.
Once your data is formatted according to the template, request a quote from our Professional Services Department.

CALENDAR IMPORTS

Calendar imports must be put in an iCal/.ICS format. Please answer the following questions with your request.
- Do you have recurring events in your ical import? If so, the events will import at scheduled rules.
- Do you have data already in your ShulCloud calendar?
- Which calendar in ShulCloud are the events being imported to? If you are importing to several different ShulCloud calendars, the names of the categories in your iCal file must exactly match the calendar names in ShulCloud.
